Uncomfortably satisfying.
Sonically unnerving, initially.
Viscerally emotional.
Completely captivating.
Uniquely collective.
Whimsically simple.
Rurally picturesque.
(Some of these oxys don’t work, but fuck it.)
Completely brilliant.

This film was superb. Beautifully shot and edited. I didn’t quite know what to expect after the aspect ratio shifted during the first few minutes, but damn. This was fantastic art.
The hue was mesmerizing. Editing was on point. The constant banging was nerve-wracking, but a perfect anxiety booster—the pay-off was worth it.
The claustrophobic, distorted media clash with the red lights reflecting off the artists’ faces during their extreme close-ups at the end…Yeesh! 😬😬
Peep the film here.
