Bruh, this film lifted my fucking spirits. Pardon the sentence enhancer, but yea…Basic did it for me, Chelsea Devantez!

Oh, wow! So relatable! We’ve all been there, sis. LOL! Gosh, do we hate basic ass mofos. 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve admired Nelson Franklin since his role on Veep, so it was great to see him, and with just awesome comedic timing! This is the foolishness I love to see on film.

I enjoyed the slow pan upward, and the accompanying music as we profiled the beautiful Georgia Mischak  enjoying the mundanities of life. And then cut to Chelsea in the bed stalking her Insta! (Screams internally!!! Because YEESSSS!) Quite a successful subversion from expectation! It was spectacularly written and captured. Brava!

This was the succinct, artistic edible I needed. I plan to revisit when I need a pick-me-up.
